Frequently Asked Questions
How does my rent decrease?
Rent is calculated only on the remaining owner/SPV share: Next Month Rent = Full Rent * (1 - Tenant Ownership %). As you buy tokens, your ownership percentage increases and your rent declines.
Can I buy extra tokens whenever I want?
Yes. If your listing allowExtraTokenPurchase is enabled, you can buy optional extra tokens at any time to accelerate your ownership and lower rent even faster.
What if I decide to exit the contract?
After the minimum commitment period, you can trigger an exit. Kemedar mediates the token buyback process to refund your accumulated token savings according to the exit policy.
