Project Brief

This tower will be built on Plot No. B3 at Jumeirah Lake Towers in Dubai. The project involves with the work of Construction of 30-storey Wind Tower 2 comprising three storeys of retail space with various outlets, residential facilities, including a mix of studio, duplex and penthouse units as well as some hotel components and eight floors dedicated to office space. The gardens will be designed in the style of hanging gardens of Babylon. The wind theme will be reflected in the design and appearance of balconies and roof areas. There will be three retail outlets with holiday ownership/hotel component of the tower situated between third and tenth floor. From floor thirteen through eighteen, residential non-duplex apartments will cater for which also include studio flats. Duplex apartments starts from nineteenth floor and penthouses are located on 32nd floor. The venture includes development of a pinnacle containing storm cellar levels, a ground floor, 29 extra floors, a mechanical floor, 3 stories of retail outlets with workplaces arranged somewhere in the range of third and tenth floors, 3 room lofts and gardens planned in the style of the draping plant enclosures of Babylon. From floor 13 through to 18 private non-duplex apartments are created.

Dubai Marina :

736 villas with swimming pools and gardens grouped in clusters on 46 small ‘islands' surrounded by lakes, water features and greenery.

Bluewaters Island :

An island off the Jumeirah Beach Residence coast containing sleek residential, hospitality and retail, plus the Ain Dubai Ferris Wheel.

Jumeirah Park :

Jumeirah Park is a family-orientated residential community of 2,000 family villas, surrounded by parks and green spaces.

Dubai Media City :

A mixed-use business park in a media and information technology freezone, with cafes, banks, pharmacies and car hire facilities nearby.
