Project Brief

Jumeirah 1 is a residential area built by Meraas. The last one consists of the following parts: Al Badaa, Al Manara, Al Safa 1, Al Safa 2, Al Wasl, Jumeirah 1, Jumeirah 2, Jumeirah 3, Satwa (Al Satwa), Trade Center 1, Umm Suqeim 1, Umm Suqeim 2 and Umm Suqeim 3.

Jumeirah 1 is perfectly located in proximity to sandy beaches and the Persian Gulf. In the West it borders with Jumeirah 2, in the East - with Al Mina, in the South - with Al Badaa.

Thanks to Al Urouba Road, Jumeirah Road, Al Was Road and 2nd December Street, it provides an easy access to all of the main city attractions. World-famous Dubai Mall can be reached in 15 minutes drive. Dubai International Airport (DXB) is situated in 20 minutes drive away.

The district has a rich infrastructure that meets all the basic requirements of a modern person: clinics, beauty centres, schools, kindergartens, restaurants, cafes and a wide range of retail centres including the landmark of Jumeirah 1 area – Mercato Mall.

La Mer by Meraas :

A beachfront development with shopping, dining and entertainment areas stretching out to sea between Pearl Jumeirah and Jumeirah Bay.

City Walk :

A stylish, vibrant town-centre community combining residential, shopping, dining and attractions in the heart of the Jumeirah district.

Sheikh Zayed Road :
